Potatoes And Frankfurters Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 qt. chopped, cooked potatoes
    1 lb. franks, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Make a white sauce with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
