Southern Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Little Sizzlers pork sausages, cooked (reserve drippings)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
    cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In an 8-inch baking dish, drizzle 1 tablespoon sausage drippings. Prepare muffin mix as package directs using 1 egg and 1/3 cup milk.
    Spread batter evenly in dish. Arrange sausages and peach slices on top.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve
    with butter, pancake syrup or honey.
