Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine sugar with oil.
Add eggs and beat.
Add pumpkin.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Good with a cream cheese frosting.
