Pueblo Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can - 16 oz tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 - 8 oz sour cream
    1 - 4 oz black olives, sliced
    1 - 7 oz mild green chiles
    3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain ground beef.
    In a large bowl combine rice, meat, tomatoes, onion, spices and taco seasoning mix.
    In a small bowl combine sour cream, olives and green chiles.
    Use a 9 X 13 pan and layer 1/2 of the beef/rice mixture, 1/2 sour cream mix, and 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat.
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
