Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 boxes instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix margarine, flour and nuts.
Put into 9 x 13-inch pan; press into place.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool. Blend cream cheese and Cool Whip (reserve some for topping). Spread over crust.
Mix pudding and milk.
Put this over cream cheese layer.
Top with Cool Whip and garnish with nuts if desired.
Refrigerate.
