Mexican Layer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refried beans
    3 medium avocados
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    picante sauce (optional)
    finely diced onion
    chopped black olives (optional)
    chopped tomato
    16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Whip refried beans; spread over shallow baking dish.
    Mash avocados.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
    Smooth over bean layer.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over avocado layer.
    Add remaining ingredients in progressive layers.
    Refrigerate at least one hour.
