Royal Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) baked pie shell
    4 c. fresh blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Line pie shell with 2 cups of berries.
    To make sauce, cook remaining berries, sugar, cornstarch, salt and water over medium heat until thickened.
    Remove and add butter.
    Cool.
    Pour over berries and chill until served.
    Top with Cool Whip.
