Sweet Potato Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. butter, softened and divided
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup butter and vanilla. Place into a 2 quart dish. Melt remaining butter and set aside. In separate bowl, mix pecans, flour and brown sugar together. Stir in melted butter. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
