Raspberry - Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. applesauce
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
Preparation
    Heat applesauce just to boiling.
    Add Jell-O and mix well. Stir in thawed raspberries.
    Pour into 8 or 9-inch ring mold. Chill until set.
    Unmold onto lettuce covered plate.
    Serve with sour cream or whipped cream-mayonnaise dressing.
    Serves 6.
