Chocolate Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    3 egg yolks
    big piece of butter
    2 to 3 c. whole sweet milk
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 or 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    vanilla flavor
Preparation
    Cook rice in little water until tender, add milk, salt, sugar and butter, and when nearly boiling add egg yolks beaten with cornstarch.
    Mix with water or milk and cocoa; when thick enough, add flavor.
    Beat egg whites with 6 tablespoons sugar and little flavoring, put over pudding and bake in slow oven until brown.
