Swedish Apple Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix egg and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients one at a time. Pour into a greased pie tin. Sprinkle top with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
