Liver Italian Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef liver, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 c. cooked ham, diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/4 c. hot water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Flour liver and saute until brown.
Remove, then saute onion. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water.
Add to onion, along with flour, to make gravy.
Add sage, parsley, salt and pepper until well blended.
Finally, return liver, along with cooked ham. Simmer all together for approximately 20 minutes.
