Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 c. celery, minced
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/3 box cheese Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix soup and mayonnaise together. Add lemon juice and mix. Add chicken, celery and water chestnuts. Top with margarine and crackers which have been mixed together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 - 40 minutes.
