Porcupine Meatballs(Oven Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. long grain rice (white, uncooked)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper, Italian herb seasoning and onion.
    Shape into meatballs and place in a 2-quart casserole.
