Asparagus Salad With Balsamic Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Balsamic vinegar
    2 shallots, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped fine
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. asparagus, blanched
    1 head roasted garlic, skins removed
    2 c. crimini mushrooms, sliced
    1 head butter lettuce
    1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place vinegar, shallots, chopped garlic and thyme in metal bowl.
    Slowly whisk in the oil.
    Season with salt and pepper and place in medium saucepan.
    Set aside.
