Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked brown rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Cook broccoli in small amount of water until tender; drain.
    Saute onion in butter or oil.
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together and turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
