Frankie'S Grandma Urestis' Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. banana flavoring
4 small eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
6 small very ripe bananas
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar, vanilla and banana flavoring.
Beat eggs into creamed mixture, one at a time.
