No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    water
    (lukewarm).
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast and water; stir until elastic-like strands form.
    Place dough in greased bowl and cover. Let
    dough
    rise
    30
    minutes
    or until doubled in bulk.
    Shape rolls
    and bake on greased pan in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
