Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow summer squash, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom condensed soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain.
    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Fold into drained squash and onion.
