Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. chips, crushed
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Melt margarine and mix with crushed potato chips.
    Place on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May add grated Cheddar cheese to casserole (1 1/2 to 2 cups).
