Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. corn meal
    1 can mild green chili peppers, chopped
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven in iron skillet.
