Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Lay crescent roll dough out flat (do not separate individual rolls) on a shallow baking pan.
    Bake the dough per the directions on the can.
    Let cool.
    Combine sour cream, cream cheese and dressing to make a sauce.
    Cover the crust with sauce.
    Top with slices of your favorite vegetables.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
