Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. milk
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
2 Tbsp. dill weed (fresh or dried)
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, milk, green onions, liquid smoke and dill weed with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Beat in salmon.
Chill overnight for flavors to blend.
Serve on bread or crackers.
