Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
6 or 7 bananas, sliced lengthwise
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 jar maraschino cherries, chopped
1 container Cool Whip
chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs.
Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Combine 2 sticks butter, confectioners sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat for 10 minutes on medium speed.
Spread over crust.
Dip bananas in lemon juice.
Line over fluffy mixture.
Top with crushed pineapple and maraschino cherries. Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Refrigerate.
