Raisin And Nut Shortbread Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine, at room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in egg yolk and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in flour.
Mix in raisins and nuts.
Roll into small balls.
Place
on
cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
