Easy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. cooking sherry, broth or water
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, in a buttered or foil lined pan. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Arrange mushrooms over chicken. Sprinkle small amount of onion mix on top.
    Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Serve with noodles or rice.
