Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    4 baking potatoes
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or microwave.
    Fry beef and onion and drain. Cut a slice from top of each potato and scoop out inside.
    Mash thoroughly.
    Add meat, butter and onion to mashed potatoes.
    Whip up.
    Pile into potato shells.
    Top with cheese.
    Reheat to melt cheese.
