Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except oil.
Heat oil to 360\u00b0.
Pour batter in funnel and put in spiral shape in hot oil.
Fry about 3 minutes.
Drain.
Serve with powdered sugar.
