Low-Fat Harvest Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced potatoes
    6 large tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown the turkey and add all of the ingredients.
    Cook until done.
    Remove bay leaf before serving.
