Baptist Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream together shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mix well after each.
    Sift flour and baking powder, add alternately with milk to first mixture.
    Add flavoring.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan.
    Place in cold oven, turn heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let stand 3 to 5 minutes before removing from pan.
