Gary'S White Crumb Breakfast Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and add flour sifted with sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Mix into crumbs.
    Take 1/2 cup of crumbs out for the top.
    To remaining crumbs, add the eggs, milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Beat well.
    Pour into two 8-inch, well-greased pans.
    Put crumbs on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
