Fruit Crisp(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fruit (apples, peaches, blackberries)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg white
Preparation
-
Combine fruit, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Toss well.
