Micro Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. butter (optional)
    season salt
Preparation
    Peel veggies; cut in 2-inch pieces.
    Rinse.
    In a microwave dish place all ingredients.
    Cover and cook on High for 5 minutes. Check for doneness; stir and redo, if needed.
