Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 eggs separated
    2 c. corn
Preparation
    Melt butter, flour, salt, milk and cook to thicken.
    Add the yolks of eggs and cook 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add remaining ingredients to egg mixture then fold into egg whites.
    Put in a casserole and bake at 350 degrees until a knife goes through it as is stiff.
    Serve immediately.
