Spinach Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 bacon strips, fried
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 to 3 tsp. brown sugar
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Crumble bacon and set aside.
    Discard drippings.
    In pan, mix oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sugar.
    Mix well and heat thoroughly.
    Pour over cleaned and dried spinach leaves and toss.
    Serve immediately.
