Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. pecans
    few grains salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    sweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
    In a double boiler, melt chocolate over hot water (not boiling).
    Stir in milk, salt, chopped nuts and vanilla extract. Cool until mixture can be shaped into small balls.
    Dip each ball into sweetened cocoa powder.
    Cool and store in a can.
