Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 3/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 egg white
    1 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Put flour and salt into a bowl.
    Using a pastry cutter or knives, cut shortening into flour until pieces are the size of small peas.
    Gradually add the 7-Up and egg mixture until the crust forms a ball (you may not need all of the liquid).
    Cover and chill crust.
