Snowball Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites

Preparation

Beat by hand all ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
Cook until brown.
Cool.
Roll in your favorite jelly, then coconut.
