Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can peas, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced sweet pickle
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine the peas, onion, pickle, eggs, celery and grated cheese.
In a small bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Mix well.
Pour over salad and stir.
