Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, in bite-sized pieces
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    2 to 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Italian or creamy Italian dressing
    salt and pepper
    3 c. regular size corn chips or Doritos, crushed
Preparation
    Place lettuce in a large bowl.
    Top with beans, tomatoes and onions.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Layer remaining ingredients; toss lightly to combine.
