Wednesday Night Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3 or 4 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 can chicken gumbo soup (undiluted)
    salt and pepper to taste
    small amount of sugar (if desired)
    buns
Preparation
    Cook onion in small amount of butter; add ground chuck and brown.
    Then add catsup, mustard and soup.
    Salt and pepper to taste and add small amount of sugar (if desired).
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Serve hot on buns.
