Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. finely ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix together lightly all ingredients.
    Form into small balls. Brown in bacon fat. Remove from pan. Drain fat.
    Make a gravy with flour and water, adding one bouillon cube.
    Add meat balls and simmer slowly or place in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
