Chicken And Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. peas, cooked
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chicken stock
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
    1 c. fresh or canned crab meat
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add onion; saute about 10 minutes or until soft.
    Stir in flour.
    Add the stock and the cream slowly.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook 1/2 minute, stirring constantly.
    Arrange chicken, peas and crab meat in layers in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with sauce.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake 25 minutes or until browned on top.
    Serves 6.
