Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili powder
14 oz. black olives, chopped
6 corn tortillas, lightly buttered
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
Preparation

Saute ground meat, onion and garlic together.
Add salt, pepper, chili powder and tomato sauce in a round oiled casserole. Arrange in alternating layers the buttered tortillas, meat sauce, olives and cheese.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Add 3/4 cup water over all.
Cover and bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Cut in pie shaped wedges.
Serves 6.
