Patty Pans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sugar
    1 lb. butter
    9 eggs
    1 1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl beat butter until fluffy.
    Beat in sugar gradually, until light, add eggs one at a time.
    Combine cornstarch, flour and baking powder; add to mixture until well blended.
    Spoon into small muffin tins.
    In a preheated oven at 325\u00b0 bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Store in sealed containers.
    Yields approximately 36.
