Tuna And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
3 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1 small onion, minced or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained and separated
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Pour into pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool 5 to 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
