Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat water and butter to boiling point in a saucepan.
    Stir in all at once the cup of flour.
    Stir constantly until mixture leaves the pan and forms a ball (about 1 minute).
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Beat in one at a time the 4 eggs; beat until smooth and velvety.
