Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick (4 oz.) margarine
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sugar
4 eggs or substitute equivalent
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. shredded coconut or crushed pineapple
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly.
Grease and flour a 10-inch pie pan.
Pour mixture into pan and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until set.
