Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut up
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada sauce (1.62 oz.)
    1 small can tomato paste
    3 c. water
    1 pkg. (10 count) flour tortillas (soft taco shells)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    lettuce, chopped
    tomatoes, chopped
    sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a skillet, fry onion in a tablespoon of butter.
    Add chicken.
    Cook until brown.
    Set aside.
