Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
4 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. oil
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. reserved juice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Rub with garlic and thyme.
Brown in hot oil in nonstick skillet.
Combine juice and cornstarch and add to meat. Combine honey and mustard and remaining juice.
Add to meat and add pineapple.
Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
